Terms & Conditions

General
By continuing to place an order via this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. All orders placed via this website must be done in good faith. All information you supply during the ordering process must be true and correct. 

Pricing
All Prices quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system. In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the shopping cart price, the shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence, and will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed. The prices listed on our shopping cart are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include G.S.T, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping Costs are added as the customer proceeds through checkout, and are clearly visible before any customer payment information is required. All Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is displayed in error or a pricing error has occurred, EziPet.com.au will cancel the order and notify the customer.

Payments
Payments may be made by Credit Card or PayPal account using a secure payment service provided by Eway or PayPal, we also accept direct deposit. Payments via Eway or PayPal will not be considered finalised until EziPet.com.au receives official payment notification.

Warranty
EziPet.com.au offers no warranty on products above that which is offered by the relevant manufacturer.

Delivery
Goods sold by EziPet.com.au are shipped within Australia via Australia Post, and the delivery area is limited to those areas serviced by Australia Post. All deliveries must be signed for by the receiver. Customers may request that a delivery be left without a signature. If a customer requests that a delivery be left without a signature, EziPet.com.au accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of goods after the delivery has been made. The delivery time for each order is based on the availability time for the Product(s) + Shipping time. In most cases orders placed by 3pm on any business day will be shipped that day providing payment has been approved. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 10 working days within Australia. In the case where multiple products are ordered together, the order will not be shipped until all the products ordered are available from our warehouse. In circumstances where a particular product will be delayed for a lengthy time, EziPet.com.au will endeavour to advise the customer of the situation and make any arrangements or adjustments necessary.

Upon Receipt Of Order
The customer is required to visually check the consignment for signs of damage. In cases where the consignment is damaged in transit, the customer must contact our Customer Service department at support@ezipet.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. If a customer requests that a delivery be left without a signature, EziPet.com.au accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of goods after the delivery has been made. Before opening any product boxes, please check that you have been sent the correct product. EziPet.com.au can only accept returned products in their original condition - please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Return Policy
EziPet.com.au offers a 14-day* money-back guarantee (less shipping costs) provided the product is returned unused, in the original undamaged box including all original packing, original owner's manuals, warranty card and any included accessories, remote control, and/or power cords that came with the product. We reserve the right to charge an AUD$10.00 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is the greater) and replacement cost, or refuse the return if the items are returned incomplete or damaged in any way. Except in cases where the product was shipped in our error or was considered to be faulty on arrival, the purchaser is required to pay all costs incurred with regard to shipping the product back to EziPet.com.au.

Return Proceedure
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button to request a return. You will then be provided with a return authorization. A copy of the original Tax Invoice is required for all products returned for exchange or credit.

If the item is a defective exchange, EziPet.com.au will pay the return shipping costs for the replacement item. Upon receipt of the returned product, EziPet.com.au will inspect the returned product. If a product is returned as defective, but is not found to be defective upon inspection, EziPet.com.au will at our discretion deduct the standard restocking fees (subject to our Return Policy) plus shipping costs, or return the product to the customer at the customers expense.

Reservation Of Title
Title for all goods dispatched remains with EziPet.com.au until payment has been received in full. Until title passes, EziPet.com.au can retain, repossess and/or resell all goods. Customers acknowledge that they hold all goods from EziPet.com.au as bailees until title passes.
