We at Ezipet.com.au love to reward our loyal customers any way we can. Our Membership Program is one example of how we hope to achieve this, and we sincerely hope all our customers take full advantage of it. So, how does it work we hear you ask? Simple... for every purchase you make in our store, we will reward you with 1 Bonus Point for every $1.00 you spend. You can make multiple purchases and save your points for something big at a later time or you may choose to use your accumulated points upon your next visit. It's entirely up to you. To translate points back into dollar terms; 20 points equals AU$1, which you can redeem upon your next purchase (some exclusions apply).

Summary of Rules

• Bonus Points apply to all products.
• Bonus Points are not transferable.
• Bonus Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Bonus Points can be redeemed only while shopping with us online.
• Bonus Points are calculated on the discounted subtotal of your shopping cart and are rounded down to the nearest dollar.
• Bonus Points are not applied to shipping charges or gift certificates.
• Bonus Points are automatically credited once an order has been completed.
• Bonus Points rewarded on products that are returned for credit will be reversed. If insufficient points are available in your account, the value of the bonus points will be subtracted from any credit card or cash refund.
• Any product returned for credit that was paid for using bonus points will only be credited with bonus points.
• EziPet.com.au reserves the right to cancel the Membership Scheme at any time without notice. Bonus Points already rewarded may still be used if the Membership Scheme is cancelled.

So how do you get started?

The first thing you need to do is register as a new customer.

"How do I Redeem My Customer Reward Points?"

You must be logged in.

Go to the Your cart menu and click on Bonuses. The amount of Bonus Points you have will be displayed plus the conversion rate and the minimum allowed amount of bonus points you can convert.

Click on Convert to gift certificate. Here you can convert from 100 to all of your bonus points in to a gift certificate.

Click on Create gift certificate. A gift certificate will be sent to the email address you nominated.

To use the gift certificate, select the products you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout. Select gift certificate as your payment option and enter your gift certificate number. You can use your gift certificate in conjunction with other payment methods.
