Shipping & Deliveries
Shipping charges are calculated on your delivery location. Most shipping charges are a flat rate per parcel up to 20kg. Any product marked with " Extra Freight Charge Applies" are charged at a per kg rate. All shipping charges are displayed at the checkout before any payment details are entered.
Select the cheapest available to you, unless you require Express Post service.
Australia Post Regular Parcels Bulk is used for heavy or large products.
Go to the Your cart menu and select Orders history. Search for the order your tracing and click on the order number. A copy of the Tax Invoice will be displayed. At the bottom of this invoice you will find a Tracking number. Click on the Track It button. You will then be taken to the Australia Post tracking site and information about this parcel will be displayed. If this does not help you can contact Australia Post on 13 11 18 and quote the tracking number.
