Calculate shipping costs

We have a shipping calculator built into the shopping cart. Follow the steps below to calculate your shipping costs.
  1. Add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart
  2. Click View cart in the in the Your cart menu in the right column
  3. Click Change just above the displayed shipping charges
  4. In the pop-up box enter your State and Postcode, then click Submit
  5. Shipping charges to your location will now be displayed

Customer Service Policy

EziPet.com.au is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery Policy 

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day (subject to stock availability). Shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Ezipet.com.au ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do not accept international orders through our website, please contact us to enquire about a special order. 

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of you returning the goods, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button to request a return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
